Every move/decision you make can bring you an advantage or a disadvantage and the key is

the moment you make the move. Everything starts from my mnotto: "right move at the right time".. so welcome to know my life journey success story!

I'm an Italian Professor and Entrepreneur based in Milan, Italy. After 27 years across different large enterprise companies in consumer electronics field with apical roles as manager and director, I decided, 5 years ago, to change my professional path and utilize this huge experience and skills for myself.

The game of chess is a complex game, the same like our life on this planet, especially considering actual challenging global situation where there're thousands of variable dynamics.

1 strong believe that nothing happens by chance. Why did I make this tough decision in 2019, at that moment? Many people told me: "Do you leave large enterprise companies like these with the high role you have? With the experience you have? With the age you have?" Yes, you know why now? Because it was the right time to do it and in fact shortly thereafter, we all know what happened on a global level. Let's say I was "lucky" enough to make the right decision at the right time, once again. Indeed in 5 years I have obtained recognitions, awards, roles and experiences that I could never have imagined just 6 years ago!

It's too long to share here titles, awards and honars received in the last 5 years but is enough to say that today I'm a board member of 4 universities and academic institutions around the worid (and 5th is coming soon.., t'm leading an international company in fashion and luxury field, I'm Coo of a prestigious private family office, I'm covering also some apical roles in humanitarian field and last but not least I got 5 certifications as International sommelier and wine educator following one of my most important passion! Let's say not so bad right?

It's not a matter referred to professional and business area only. Last years of my life have been most important especially from a personal point of view. Many things happened (loss of both parents, loss of my lovely uncle, 100% job changes..] mixed with covid period at global level, war times, huge economic impact at global level. So very hard times but as you know in every crisis there is oppartunity and if you're smart and clever you can build your future on this: you can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending with creativity, strategy, risk management, new approach out of the comfort zone.

Those who know my life path consider it a truly interesting case study. Keep in mind that the most important satisfaction in our life is to surprise our self. I'm doing it every day especially since 2019, it's a key.

Coming back to the chess. Chess offers insights few consider when seeking to understand life.

When we begin to see the comparison, our minds become open to new ways of living, Decisions take on a different dimension as the future begins to matter more than today. Chess and life are the same. Author Allan Rufus said "Life is like a game of chess. To win you have to make a move. Knowing which move to make comes with insight and knowledge, and by learning the lessons that are accumulated along the way. We become each and every piece within the game called life.

"The most important sentence is this: "Knowing which move to make and when comes with insight and knowledge, and by learning the lessons that are accumulated along the way. Most people don't see life as a game, let alone a chess game. These people rarely, if ever win. They see luck as a fluke. Insight and knowledge are grasping the connections which exist unseen between every single decision you make and every consequence you create. The same logic applies when playing chess. Every single piece moves mattersand life is no different.

Finally, I suggest to change perspective, thinking out of the box and compare your next decision with a chess move, Got to go with your gut. Think to details, to the time, to the consequence, Be strategict Be dynamic!

Be vigilant and adaptive! Raise the bar! Move in silence and speak when it's time to say "checkmate!

lf you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got!
